Reservation Policies

WALK-INS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!

Parties of 10 or fewer guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations are not required.

Online Reservations

Online reservations are available exclusively for parties of 11–25 guests. A $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied toward your final dining bill.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the entire $200 deposit.

Guest Count Increases

Requests to increase the original guest count must be approved by Marker 88 before arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests, subject to availability.

Seating Times

During peak dining hours, we kindly ask guests to allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes for seating.

Seating Requests

All seating preferences, including waterside seating, sand seating, glider seating, and seating near live musicians, will be noted and accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability. Specific seating locations cannot be guaranteed.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled reservation time will be seated at the earliest available opportunity once their entire party has arrived. The original reservation time and seating location may no longer be available.

Empty Tables Upon Arrival

Please understand that empty tables may be reserved for other arriving parties and may not be available for immediate seating. This is especially common during the 60–90 minutes leading up to sunset, our most requested dining period.

Desired Reservation Time Unavailable

If your preferred reservation time is not displayed in the Toast Tables reservation system, it is likely unavailable. You are welcome to contact the restaurant directly to confirm availability.

Large Groups & Private Events

For groups of more than 25 guests, please submit an event proposal request to Events@marker88.info.

Due to the high volume of inquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for a member of our events team to respond.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation from Toast Tables or directly from a Marker 88 host. Submitting an inquiry or requesting a reservation does not guarantee a booking.
